General questions

The basics about our workshops, who they are for, and what to expect.

Our workshops range from half-day intensives lasting around four hours to multi-week programs that meet once or twice per week over four to eight weeks. The most popular format is a two-day immersive workshop held over a weekend or consecutive weekdays, giving participants enough time to absorb concepts, practise new skills in live simulations, and receive personalized feedback without the time commitment of a longer program. We also offer condensed "lunch-and-learn" sessions of 90 minutes for organizations that want to introduce leadership concepts to a broader audience before committing to a deeper engagement.
Our programs serve a wide spectrum of leaders. The emerging-leader track is designed for individual contributors who are transitioning into their first management role and need foundational skills in delegation, feedback, and team dynamics. The mid-level leadership intensive targets managers with two to seven years of experience who want to sharpen their strategic thinking and influence. The executive retreat is built for senior leaders and C-suite executives focused on organizational culture, change management, and visionary leadership. We also run cross-functional workshops for intact teams that want to improve collaboration regardless of hierarchy.
Absolutely. We deliver live virtual workshops via video conferencing platforms with the same interactive exercises, breakout rooms, and coaching follow-ups as our in-person programs. Virtual participants receive pre-workshop materials by mail, including workbooks and reflection journals, so the experience feels tangible even from a home office. We have found that virtual cohorts build surprisingly strong peer networks, partly because the breakout-room format encourages more focused one-on-one conversations than a large physical room sometimes allows.
We cap most workshops at 20 participants to ensure meaningful interaction, personalized coaching, and a psychologically safe environment for candid discussion. For larger teams, we offer multi-cohort scheduling so that everyone receives the same quality of experience. If your organization has more than 60 people to train, we can assign multiple facilitators and run parallel tracks, then bring all cohorts together for a joint capstone session that fosters cross-group connection and shared language.
Three things set us apart. First, our curriculum is grounded in peer-reviewed research — we do not rely on motivational speeches or pop-psychology fads. Second, every participant receives a personalized development plan with concrete, measurable goals and follow-up coaching sessions to ensure accountability. Third, we measure outcomes rigorously: pre- and post-assessments, 360-degree feedback surveys, and six-month check-ins allow us to quantify the return on your investment. Many of our competitors stop at the workshop door; we stay engaged long after the last slide deck is closed.

Logistics and pricing

Details about costs, scheduling, cancellations, and what is included.

Pricing depends on the format and depth of the program. Half-day sessions start at $1,200 per participant, while the two-day immersive workshop is priced at $2,800 per participant. Multi-week programs and executive retreats are quoted on a custom basis after a discovery call. All prices include materials, assessments, and two follow-up coaching sessions. We offer volume discounts for organizations enrolling five or more participants, and non-profit organizations receive a 15 percent discount on all programs.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop start date qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50 percent fee to cover facilitator preparation and reserved materials. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to transfer your registration to a future cohort at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least seven days in advance. In the rare event that we cancel a session due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants receive a full refund or the option to join the next available date.
Our primary training centre is located in Gatineau, Quebec, but we frequently deliver on-site workshops at client offices across Canada. We have facilitated programs in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax, and Montréal, among other cities. For on-site delivery, we require a meeting room that seats the cohort comfortably, a projector or large screen, and a breakout area for small-group exercises. We handle everything else, including printed materials, name tags, and refreshment recommendations for the host.
Yes. Every participant who completes a workshop receives a digital certificate of completion that can be shared on LinkedIn or included in professional development portfolios. For multi-week programs, we also issue a detailed competency report summarizing the participant's growth across assessed dimensions such as emotional intelligence, strategic communication, and adaptive leadership. Several of our programs qualify for continuing education credits through professional associations — ask us for details relevant to your industry.
We offer a complimentary 60-minute orientation webinar once a month where prospective participants can meet a facilitator, experience a sample exercise, and ask questions. This is a great way to gauge whether our style and methodology resonate with your learning preferences before making a financial commitment. You can register for the next orientation by emailing us at [email protected] or calling our office.
