Our half-day workshops run approximately four hours, which works well for focused skill-building sessions on a single topic. Full-day workshops span eight hours and allow us to go deeper with multiple activities and debrief sessions. Strategic planning retreats are typically two full days, and our emerging leaders program unfolds over six months with monthly in-person sessions and virtual practice labs in between. We can also create custom timelines based on your scheduling constraints.

Absolutely. All of our programs are available in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats. For virtual delivery, we use interactive collaboration tools such as digital whiteboards, breakout rooms, and live polling to ensure participants remain engaged throughout the session. Hybrid formats are designed so that remote participants have an equally rich experience as those in the room, with dedicated facilitator attention for both groups.

Our half-day workshops start at $2,400 CAD per session for up to 20 participants, and full-day workshops start at $4,200 CAD. Multi-session programs and executive coaching engagements are priced on a custom basis depending on scope, duration, and group size. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we ask for at least 14 days' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date may be subject to a fee of up to 50 percent of the session cost to cover preparation and facilitator time already invested. We are always willing to work with you to find an alternative date rather than cancel outright, and we do our best to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes whenever possible.
